These terms govern your use of the VeryContent desktop application (“the Software”). By downloading or using the Software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
The Software is provided under a proprietary license. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Software for personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
You are solely responsible for the content you process with the Software, including videos, transcripts, and generated drafts. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to download, transcribe, and repurpose any content. The Software does not transmit your content to us, but it does send data to third-party services you explicitly configure (LLM providers, YouTube, TikTok). You are responsible for complying with their respective terms of service.
The Software can integrate with third-party services at your direction:
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or conduct of any third-party service.
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you.
In no event shall the creator of VeryContent be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the Software, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Your license terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time by deleting it from your system.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
